Handle Shape

When it comes to knife handles, we believe this is as important as the fit of a gun. The shape of the grip must be designed to maximise your ability to carry out the job in hand. Our knife experts have designed a range of shapes to suit a range of needs.

Scales

The scales of your knife express who you are and say everything about your style. From wood to plastic and from horn to micarta, we have a range of materials for you to choose from. You might even choose an off-cut of walnut from your bespoke rifle.

Liners

Even the liners of your knife can be customised to suit your style or needs. With a range of colours and materials available, our team of experts and our knife-maker will be at your disposal to discuss your required design.

Pins

The pins on a knife are an essential part of the knife. Although they hold everything together and are a functional element of the design, they can still be finished to compliment the overall design and add a little flare to your creation.

Sheaths

Depending on your intended knife use, the sheath can be as important as the design of the knife itself.
​We offer a range of leatherwork to suit the shape of the knife and how you wish to carry it, including the option of Kydex.

Custom Serial Numbers

As standard, Charles Lancaster knives are issued with serial number beginning with the letter K. However, we also offer the option of customising your knife by matching the serial number to your existing Charles Lancaster shotgun or rifle.
